Robert Keehan

Robert Keehan holds an MBA from Duke University and a Master of Public Health from UCLA.  He has spent 25 years in disease management, preventive health, and performance optimization for high-achieving men. His clients include founders, executives, and leaders across multiple industries.
 
As a former CEO, Robert witnessed firsthand the physical and mental toll that a fast-paced competitive lifestyle could take on men over 50. For over 20 years, he has been working with them on a 1:1 basis creating a proven system to enjoy their success to its fullest.  
 
Robert lives in New York City with his wife and golden retriever Dakota. He ran the New York City Marathon at 60 and walked the 600-mile Camino de Santiago at 61. His great passion and joy is sharing his experience, strength and hope with men who want to take control of their future.
